Well, it's sowing time again. Twelve more seeds thrown into the wind. What will germinate? No matter what; I know 'the boys' and I have done the best we can to ensure a good harvest.

The wonderful victory is that Pixie and Warren, my tour mates, have become what I nickname, 'The Musty Dusters' (my studio band). Warren's gentle touch on back-up guitar and bass has been ideal for my most 'country' album so far. Add to that Pixie's vast experience on the fiddle and it's almost all I need. (I bought myself a snare drum this time to strengthen the left foot-tap). Anything else I needed - well, Steve Newton, the engineer, was only too happy to provide (including mandolin).

Some of the songs are contemplative. At this stage of my career I feel I am at the crossroads. "Is it all that I can do, or will this be the last time?" Well, your response will help me choose which road I take from this junction.
